Churches
When partnering with churches and other organizations, Mary tapps into her 35 plus years of ministry development (experience such as starting a ministry at ground level and growing it to a thriving ministry area with a strong leadership base) to provide leadership training toward facilitating the Brave Enough curriculum, resources such as story videos and printed materials, and tip sheets on how to launch and grow a strong healthy and transformative Brave Enough Community.
Brave Enough is also a curriculum that can be incorporated into an existing small group structure or used within a group counseling setting.

Bible Studies
Similar to church small groups, the focus of Bible study groups is on healing and freedom. We also use teaching videos so that members can review the material. Bible study members will also experience the six disciplines of The Word, Worship, Prayer, Community, Celebration, and Telling Our Stories to foster spiritual growth and healing from emotional wounds. These groups should be led by someone who has completed the Brave Enough journey.
Online Growth Groups
In growth groups, we take a biblical approach to our groups and include secular tools to help individuals connect with unprocessed pain (trauma). The focus of these groups are to provide a gentle biblical approach to processing trauma that has birthed lies about self, God, and others which results in self-sabotaging unhealthy relationships and habits. There is a weekly/monthly fee which includes 2 one-on-one sessions with Mary to develop and fine-tune individualized "Growth Action Plans."
Mary has her MA in Pastoral Counseling from Regent University and is Board Certified Christian Counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors, and is currently working towards being certified as a professional life coach and a trauma-informed coach
Feel Connected & Safe
To ensure that every group member is engaged and feels connected, we’ve created a list of criteria and tools to help each person succeed in their goals for improved spiritual health. Our groups consist of no more than eight to ten people, sessions are held via Zoom, groups consist of members who are all the same gender, and group members will sign a covenant that adheres to strict confidentiality guidelines. With these parameters in place, we are able to provide a safe, comfortable space for each member to share their experiences, connect with their other group members, and experience healing and transformation.
